As a native Tacoman, rain has never bothered me. Actually, I enjoy it. My clothes, on the other hand, hate rain like the Wicked Witch of the West hates water. It destroys them. My jeans become frayed and wet at the bottom, and my soft leather handbags never make it through the season. Fortunately, the Tiki Lounge in the Stadium District has come to my fashion rescue.
