IN A MEXICAN KITCHEN

Soitza Devlin leads In a Mexican Kitchen culinary course at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 at the Bayview School of Cooking (516 W. Fourth Ave., Olympia). Devlin will lead students through dishes that remind her of home, such as Chilitos Rellenos de Atun en Escabeche, chile rellenos stuffed with fresh tuna and Colache de Puerco starring baby back ribs with zucchini, corn, onions and other goodness.
