The Weekly Volcano's Tournament of Breakfast Champion, Moon Rise Cafe has a target open date of July 1st for their new juice bar. Taking over the former Emerald City Smoothie next door in the Lakewood Towne Center, Moon Rise knocked down the wall expanding their shop to know include fresh juices and more.
