Banana and pineapple in a spice cake base may sound odd, but is to die for. Pecans add a texture contrast to the fluffy cake. Another take on a traditional dessert is owner and baker Molly Ott's Tacoma Tiramisu. There's no lady finger, mascarpone or ricotta to be found.
