NEW MENUS
The Fish Tale Brew Pub (515 Jefferson St. SE, Olympia) has a bevy of new menu items on both their brunch, lunch and dinner menus. If you're feeling brunchy, they now offer a smoked pork chop and French toast. For lunch and dinner, try their Fish Tale parfait, coconut crusted red snapper, bangers and mash or shepherd's pie. WINEMAKER DINNER
Brix 25 (7707 Pioneer Way, Gig Harbor) is having a winemaker dinner with Derek DesVoigne, owner of Cuillin Hills Winery on Saturday, April 21 at 6:30 p.m. Three courses, four wines. $80 per person, which includes tax and gratuity. To reserve your spot, call 253.858.6626.

NOW SERVING BREAKFAST

Comfort Food Café (210 W. Pioneer, Puyallup) is now serving breakfast Monday through Saturday. Their "on-the-go" breakfast menu features a breakfast sandwich with a gluten-free option, your choice of meat and cheese, and a side of potatoes or fruit cup. WINE DINNER

EARTH DAY/FARM-TO-PLATE EVENT

Robin Hood Restaurant (6790 E. FOOD BLOGGER BAKE SALE

Bake Olympia, Food Bloggers Bake to Fight Hunger is April 27, 5-10 p.m. at the Make Olympia Street Market (100 block of Columbia St., downtown Olympia). Olympia-area food bloggers are joining together and hosting a bake sale to raise monetary and food donations for the Thurston County Food Bank. Both cash and food donations will be valid for tickets you can exchange for baked goods.

DINING OUT FOR LIFE
The 18th Annual Dining Out for Life is April 26. Eat at one of the 70 participating South Sound restaurants and they will donate 25 percent of your food and non-alcoholic beverage bill to support HIV/AIDS prevention, advocacy and care services in Thurston and Pierce Counties. COOKING CLASSES

Primo Grill (601 S. Pine, Tacoma) hosts a "The Heartland of Italy" cooking class at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21. SOFT CHEESE MAKING CLASS
