David Williams' mother, Linda Fiscus, is either extremely intelligent or just really, really nice.  Fiscus is about to make her son, David Williams, co-owner of Market Street Coffee and give him the biggest and best thing he's ever claimed ownership of ... besides his life.

"I've never owned anything, so that would be pretty cool," Williams tells me.

I call bullshit.  We've all owned stuff.  It doesn't have to be expensive cars, fancy houses or an expansive field of marijuana plants. It could be anything.  I quickly ask him to think of the item he's owned the longest.

"Oh geez. I guess I've had my CD collection since I was 12," admits Williams.

See?  That wasn't so hard, was it?  Ladies, believe it or not, this man is single - David Williams and all of his compact discs.

After getting past this initial hurdle, Williams had no problem answering my string of questions ... typically used to whore out interviewees for my own personal entertainment.

"Yes, I'm extremely single," says Williams.  He's also 26 years old, 5'8" and handsome, with a deep voice and witty sense of humor.

Need I remind you that he has a CD collection aged 14 years ripe and is about to become co-owner of one of Tacoma's hottest coffee shops?

To boot, you would be acquiring an obviously very nice (and giving) mother-in-law.

Look, I'll even make it easy on you single-and-looking ladies.  I've done my research and here are specific lead-ins you could go with when stopping by Market Street Coffee to hit on David Williams. ...

Market Street Coffee sells all sorts of local goods: Madrona Coffee, Corina Bakery items, Mad Hat Teas and Todd Sykes CDs.

Market Street Coffee's most popular drink is a Dirty Chai, which is chai tea with a shot of espresso.

Madrona's Signature Blend is most popular bean coffee at Market Street.

Williams uses the "pour-over" method to produce the freshest, most tasty cup of Joe on Market Street.

Don't know the "pour-over" method?  I suggest you stop by Market Street Coffee and ask hit on David to find out.
