Warmheart gets boost

FOR A GOOD CAUSE: The Pierce Military Business Alliance presented Chief Master Sgt. Greg Warren, the 62nd Airlift Wing's top NCO, with a check for $5,000 Tuesday during the Lakewood Area Chamber of Commerce's Military Affairs Committee meeting at Burs Restaurant.  The grant is for McChord's Operation Warmheart.  Pictured are (from left) Herb Schmeling (Support America's Armed Forces), Vicky Nelson (Harborstone Credit Union), Karen Schade (America's Credit Union), Mary Moss (Harborstone Credit Union), Alicia Najera (America's Credit Union), Pierce County Councilman Dick Muri, Donna Haines (CoinForce.com), Ken Swarner (Fort Lewis Ranger & Northwest Airlifter), John Hemphill (Association of the United States Army), Chief Danny Bass (446th Airlift Wing), Linda Smith (Lakewood Chamber of Commerce), Chief Greg Warren (62nd Airlift Wing).
