Madigan's Soldier Readiness Service, located at the Madigan Annex, is a walk-in clinic where Soldiers can see a counselor that same day. The behavioral health service at Madigan has the same type of walk-in service, but in addition to Soldiers self-referring, commanders can walk their Soldiers in to the clinic for an emergency, command-directed referral.
Madigan's new Soldier Evaluation for Life Fitness program, an improvement on the Soldier Wellness Assessment Program, screens every Soldier returning from a deployment for behavioral health risks.
Madigan behavioral health providers are able to monitor risk factors for suicide through risk assessments completed by Soldiers at their first behavioral health appointments.

For more information about the Soldier Readiness Service, call (253) 968-5140. The walk-in hours at the Soldier Readiness Service are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Madigan's behavioral health clinic is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and can be reached by calling 968-2700.
After duty hours, Soldiers should seek behavioral health treatment by going to the emergency room at Madigan.
