Pacific Lutheran University's SOAC Focus Series on compassion continues Friday, March 9 with an evening centered around David Lindsay-Abaire's Rabbit Hole, a play set to debut at PLU the night prior - Thursday, March 8. Preceded by a PLU theater alumni panel hosted in part by Assistant Professor of Theatre Brian Desmond, and a reception in the PLU Gallery that will include complimentary hors d'oeuvres, Rabbit Hole is hyped on the PLU website as "a story of loss, heartbreak, and forgiveness as a family attempts to move on after a life-shattering accident." The production will run two weekends at PLU's Studio Theater.

Seamlessly tying into the "compassion" theme of the SOAC event, according to hype, "Ultimately, as Rabbit Hole so beautifully demonstrates, compassion for ourselves and for each other makes us stronger as individuals and wiser as a community."
