The North End's Proctor Art Gallery celebrates its third anniversary Saturday with a list of intriguing possibilities for local art lovers and community reppers. Announced as an opportunity to, "help Tacoma artists celebrate three successful years in business," the third anniversary of Proctor Art Gallery will offer refreshments, entertainment and door prizes in addition to a chance to meet and mingle with the local artists who make it all possible and featured work from watercolor painter Andrea Greenfield and fused-glass artist Carol Stockdale.
