The Not-Its' self-prescribed title goes something like this: "Seattle's most rockin' band making music for children." While we're not exactly sure how bold of a statement that actually is, we do know the band will play just about every Tacoma library one could hope for this week, starting at the downtown Tacoma main Library Wednesday, and moving to the Wheelock and Moore libraries Thursday.
