What is the definition of a good soldier? This seemingly simple question can reveal all-to-cold and often painful truths when examined, which is exactly what filmmakers Lexy Lovell and Michael Uys did with their 2009 award winning documentary, The Good Solider. Tracing the stories and evolution of five combat veterans of five different American wars, The Good Soldier is both hard to watch, and powerfully captivating.

Wednesday's showing at King's is presented by Veterans for Peace.
