There was a time in Bobble Tiki's life when he'd down a half rack of beer and zip around local waterways drunk as hell on a jet ski blaring Ronnie James Dio. Those days are over - and not just because Dio's dead. No, Bobble Tiki has learned to respect our region's waterways and recreate in a clean, sustainable fashion. Events such as the 2nd Annual Clean, Green, Boating Festival helped Bobble Tiki kick his bad boating habits. This weekend's event will feature "citizen science" boat tours of Commencement Bay, storm water education and more.
