Believe it or not, it's been a year already. Rev. Colin Sannes' Cult Movie Club will celebrate its first birthday Sunday at the Acme Grub Cage - the movie club's ultra-appropriate home. Led by the bizarreness of Sannes (of which there is plenty) the Tacoma Cult Movie Club may be the best collection of deviants, freaks, weirdoes and misfits this town has to offer - at least on a Sunday night. Expect movie selections with a birthday theme, says Sannes, as well as raffles, popcorn - and the obligatory cake.

PREDICTION: Word on the street is, when asked, Costco cake makers balked at the idea of making Sannes a severed head birthday cake for the big occasion. Being the creative type he is, expect Rev. Colin to overcome such cult cake procurement challenges with some blood colored frosting and a lot of love.
