Its that time of year when watermelon starts filling up the large bins outside of grocery stores. Which is good news because we are thristy for a Watermelon Gin Fizz.
Ingredients needed are, of course, watermelon, plus gin, lime juice, ginger ale, and lime wedges for garnish.
We won't judge you if you count this in your daily servings of fruit.
