Here we go again. Vanity, the third Tacoma nightclub to open in the last three weeks, will swing its doors wide Friday night with the über-popular local cover band Just Dirt. Housed in the former Station 56 spot off South Tacoma Way, Ali Mehdizadehkashi - who owns Cheers Bar & Grill in Puyallup - has given the brick-walled spot a club feel, adding black and red highlights, and comfy chairs perfect for cozy lap action. Saturday, salsa superstar DJ Mauro launches Latin Night at Vanity.
