PLAN AHEAD
The state liquor stores will be closed on Thanksgiving. Contract liquor stores may be open. Store schedules and phone numbers are available on the Washington State Liquor Control Board Web site at www.liq.wa.gov.

SAVE A TURKEY
Babblin’ Babs Bistro in Tacoma will serve a five-course un-traditional Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $55 per person. Make reservations at 253.761.9099.

THANKSGIVING DINNER

MCMANUS MOMENT
Charlie McManus, co-owner of Pacific Grill and the Crown Bar, will lecture on the changing culture of food Wednesday, Dec. 2 in the University of Puget Sound Wheelock Rotunda.
