Saturday, Nov. 23: "Everything Everything Everything" (Postponed)

The Chapel at Urban Grace

By Ron Swarner on November 18, 2013

(This event has been postponed)

There's theater and then there's theater. There are the high school productions and then there's the theater. Sort of like the difference between movies and films. It either isn't or it is. Everything Everything Everything by Wesley K. Andrews and ilvs strauss probably falls into the second category - unless your high school drama teacher is into an innovative multi-media project combining spoken word, music, and visual art in the form of a Kodak slideshow to tell the edgy story of two roommates whose shared passion for the same seductress threatens to ruin their friendship and both their lives. It's theater, man, set to live acoustic music. Still confused? Go see Everything Everything Everything, and maybe you'll understand. Warning: Fans of NPR, thoughtful stand-up comedy, bookstore readings, indie music and LGBT arts patrons will feel right at home, with the added bonus of sex and drug use references.

EVERYTHING EVERYTHING EVERYTHING, 7:30 p.m., The Chapel at Urban Grace, 902 Market St., Tacoma, $10-$15, 253.272.2184
