FRIDAYS UNCORKED

The Bayview School of Cooking offers a blind wine tasting Friday, May 15 from 5-7:30 p.m. Five wines will be tasted. Come and go as you like. The cost is $12 per person, which includes cheeses. The tasting will be in the BCS demo kitchen on the second floor of Bayview Thriftway, 516 W. Fourth Ave. in downtown Olympia. For more information, call 360.754.1448.

COCKTAIL 101

El Gaucho Tacoma presents its next cocktail class Friday, May 15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Since it’s spring, the fine dining restaurant will concentrate on Cosmopolitans, Lemon Drops and Kamikaze. ART & WINE WALK
