“Accomplice”

Harlequin Productions gets a little saucy with “Accomplice” by Rupert Holmes. The show is set in an isolated English country house on a dark and stormy night. This twisting story of murder, lies, love, and lust contains violence, partial nudity and sexual innuendoes.

[State Theater, through Sept. 15, 8 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, 2 p.m. Aug. 26, Sept. 2 and 9, $24-$33, pay what you can 8 p.m. Aug. 29; 202 Fourth Ave. E., Olympia, 360.786.0151]

Human sexuality

The Midnight Sun Performance Space is staging “History is Combustible: An American Fugue on Stimulation, Sex, and the Fluids.” The show is the latest production from The Audition Is Dead effort and seeks to tackle the intangibles of desire through a mixed media collection of short plays, dramatic prose, poetry and lectures.
