BANANA BOOZE

Doyle's Public House (208 Saint Helens Ave., Tacoma) has created some kind of wonderful with bananas. It all begins with Jameson marinated bananas. Those bananas go into banana bread and that banana bread turns into a French toast dish. It doesn't end there, friends. The strained Jameson that the bananas marinate in is now a banana infused bourbon, for sale, for you to imbibe.
