Friday, June 6, Smoke + Cedar (2013 South Cedar, Tacoma) will celebrate being in business all official like with a Tacoma Chanber ribbon cutting ceremony from 2-5 p.m. Attendees may partake in delectable appetizers and tasty refreshments as well as enter a gift card drawing.  

STONE SOUL PICNIC

Every Friday during our brief warm weather months, Uncle Thurm's Finger Lickin' Ribs & Chicken (3709 South G Street, Tacoma) invites folks to its Stone Soul Picnic from 7:30 to 11 pm. This means live entertainment from local acts paired with delectable barbecue and Southern cuisine staples. Follow Uncle Thurm's on Facebook to stay up to date on what musicians will be joining them each week.

SUNSET MARKET

Wednesday, June 18 kicks off Puyallup's midweek farmers market, the Sunset Market (330 South Meridian, Puyallup). Festivities occur every Wednesday from 3 to 7:30 pm and include a gathering of farmers with their fresh produce joined by merchandisers and artisan vendors slinging their wares at Pioneer Park Pavilion. Portable nibbles can be purchased on site as well from a variety of foodie themed vendors if you're looking to catch dinner while you brows the rows of goodies.
