They hand-shaped and stretch their dough daily to form Neopolitan pizzas that are placed into 500-degree wood-fired ovens to quick-bake. They form the essential black blisters (not burns) and emerge bubbly and aromatic.

They also have pastas, calzones, paninos, salads, soups and a kids menu.
