America’s First Corps to farewell Deputy Commanding General

Ladies and Gentlemen,

America’s First Corps is hosting a Courage Honor Retreat Ceremony to farewell Maj. Gen. Jeffrey L. Milhorn, the I Corps Deputy Commanding General.

Maj. Gen. Milhorn is an Engineer Officer who has commanded Soldiers at all levels up to Division. His commands include: Commander, B Company, 65th Engineer Battalion, 3rd Infantry Brigade, 25th Infantry Division; Commander, Special Troops Battalion, 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team, United States Army Europe and Seventh Army that included a deployment in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM, Afghanistan; Commander 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, US Army Pacific; and Commander, Pacific Ocean Division, United States Army Corps of
Engineers. 

Maj. Gen. Milhorn is a graduate of the National Security Fellowship Program at Harvard University, the Joint Command Warfighting School, and United States Army Command and General Staff College. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s of Science in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri.

Maj. Gen. Milhorn’s next assignment will be as the Commanding General, North Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Brooklyn, New York.
