Biography

The Stacy Jones Band is a Seattle based group blending sounds from jazz, funky blues & late 1960’s early 70’s rock. With vocal qualities similar to Bonnie Raitt & Susan Tedeschi, plus funky musical styling akin to recent Blues Traveler; The Stacy Jones Band has a sound all their own. This, paired with consistent, high quality performances gives them wide appeal.
The stunning & brilliant Stacy Jones is the lead vocalist for The Stacy Jones Band as well as songwriter/guitarist/keyboardist & harmonica player. 28 years old, Stacy belts out a vocal richness beyond her years & is collaborating with talented professionals that match her ability & showmanship. Collectively they have over 80 years experience as working musicians.
In 2009 The Stacy Jones Band took the Seattle music scene by storm, playing over 115 gigs & festivals as well as winning the Best New Band award from The Washington State Blues Society. The band released a limited edition CD Live at the Triple Door, in September.
