The only thing this place has going for it is the decorations, they would get 10 stars for that if possible. It has one of the coolest looking bars downstairs and the floor is painted with neat designs upstairs. They also probably have the nicest bathrooms on s tacoma way.
All the music we've seen has been great. They mostly have blues/country/rock-ish rather than your standard Top 40 bands.
Now for the food... the salads get 5 stars, everything else on the menu gets 1. For being a pizza place you would think the pizza would be great but we haven't had a good one yet. The standard cheese pizza is rubbery and the pepperoni one is really greasy. They have lots of other concoctions too and some are weird, the ones we had were edible but didn't leave you feeling very good. About half the time whatever we ordered would come out burnt on the outside and not cooked enough on the inside.
The wait staff is kinda hit and miss. The first time there I was completely ignored, even while standing up at the bar trying to order something. All the other times they had a waitress for the tables.
