If you've ever had a craving for a boiling pot of seafood with corn and potatoes - we dedicate this article to you. We've rounded up the best places in Tacoma to indulge in a Cajun seafood boil.

First on the list is Dragon Crawfishlocated on South 38th Street in Tacoma. Here customers order seafood by the pound with two options of seasoning: Either their garlic butter seasoning - which is a wet seasoning, or their original Cajun dry seasoning. Seafood on the menu includes crawfish, king crab, mussels, clams and more! To-go options to bring the seafood boil home is also an option that even includes bibs to keep your clothes neat and tidy as you dig in.

Next up on the list is The Captain Crablocated on South Tacoma Way.  An extensive menu welcomes diners at this location with appetizers that include sweet potato fries, onion rings and chicken wings. Then the main attraction allows customers to make a combo which includes corn and potatoes and the choice of two meat items. Seafood items include crawfish, green mussels, squid, sausage and more. Add-ons to the boil are also an option with rice, boiled eggs, broccoli and then of course the garlic butter, lemon pepper and Cajun mix. Captain's specials of pre-chosen boils are also available. Takeout is also an option, but the lively ambiance inside the restaurant makes the experience all the more enjoyable.

One of Tacoma's newest seafood boil restaurants is Crab King Cajun Boil and Bar also located on South 38th Street. An extensive menu welcomes hungry diners. Chicken wings, jalapeno poppers, hushpuppies and more are featured on the appetizer menu. Diving into the main courses there are three combo options. There is the Hangry Combo featuring three pounds of seafood of your choice for $52, the Very Hangry which features four pounds of seafood and two lobster tails for $70 and the Hangry Feast which features five pounds of seafood for $128. Seafood options include shrimp, crab, clams, black and green mussels and more.
