Sunday, Dec. 8: Let It Snow Community Festival

Tacoma Art Museum

By Volcano Staff on December 2, 2013

We don't know about you, but we usually don't want any visual reminder of our behavior during holiday parties. We don't want to know that we become beet-red and look like a slackjawed mental patient. We don't want to see an action shot of us throwing napkins, ice cubes, coasters, etc., at the people around us who must have done something to deserve it. Party pics surely safe enough to post to Facebook could be taken at the Tacoma Art Museum's annual Let It Snow free community festival. Snap shots of people trying their hands at printmaking and creating holiday cards. Take photos of holiday singers, action shots of folks chowing down in the Relish Café or walk across the street and capture the mayhem at the Franciscan Polar Plaza ice rink. Everything the Tacoma Art Museum envisioned this holiday season comes to fruition Sunday. Capture the moment.

LET IT SNOW, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tacoma Art Museum, 1701 Pacific Ave., Tacoma, free admission, 253.272.4258
