Who's up for a gospel stage play? How about a gospel stage play with the tagline: "Sex, drugs, rock & roll ... and Jesus Christ? Regardless of your situation, he fits into all equations." While we're not sure where Jesus fits into the Pythagorean theorem (other than he obviously created the triangle ... duh), we are sure there'll be plenty of Jesus in Saturday's presentation of A Picture of Life, a "gospel stage play" - written and presented by KC Austin - at the Pantages Theater. The play centers on lead character KC Little (genius!), who attempts to follow in her famous father's musical footsteps only to be confronted by the reality of the entertainment industry and what "goes on behind the scenes." We presume this "behind the scenes" stuff is where the sex and drugs come in.
