Pho 701 Bistro & Bar offers a new happy hour menu for $5 and less; calamari, pot stickers, egg rolls, spring rolls, sweet chili chicken wings and satay and house-seasoned fried tofu are all offered. Green and red bell peppers and onions join marinated beef on skewers served with sautéed green onions, deep-fried shallots and roasted peanuts on top for $5. Domestic beers are $2.50, imports are $3.50 and there are $5 signature top-shelf cocktails.
