It’s that time of year again. Time to shell out $150 per ticket to look at masterful works of famous art and then eat them. Chefs paint with wine and sculpt in foie gras as Tacoma Community College hosts its eighth annual Tacoma Wine Classic to support the TCC Foundation. The black-tie option (you know how that goes, dirty looks toward my date again) will begin with wine (nice), light hors d’oeuvres (not my plate) and a silent auction, followed by food and wine pairings (nice), a live auction and dessert (wine!). — Suzy Stump
