HARVEST CRUSH EXPERIENCE

Stottle Winery (2641 Willamette Drive Southeast, Lacey) is celebrating harvest season with their "Harvest Crush Experience" from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11. Witness firsthand the winemaking process and sample varietals at different stages of the fermentation process. Nibble on small bites paired with the vinos and soak in the wine education for $15. BIBLIOTOPIA: FOOD EDITION

The Olympia Timberland Library (313 Eight Ave. SE, Olympia) has some foodie inspired events in the very near future including their Bibliotopia: Food Edition from 2-4 p.m. Oct. 11 2 where they host a conversation between food book lovers of all kinds. Chat cookbooks, foodie novels, chef memoirs and more with your fellow foodie bibliophiles and share a snack sourced locally from Friends of the Olympia Timberland Library. Then, at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 15, join the library for NW Native Food Traditions with Elise Krohn that includes native traditions of food cultivation and preparation education and more.

PRIMO GRILL AUCTION

Primo Grill (2701 Sixth Ave., Tacoma) will host its annual Primo auction to raise funds for the Tacoma Community College Art Student scholarships at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15. Dine on a divine five-course meal paired with wine and purchase local art to support these creative students Tickets are $75 per person. This is an excellent opportunity to take in the new location in all of its glory. Reservations are required; call Jacqueline at 253.383.7000.
