It has arrived! Tacoma Restaurant Week boasts big flavor and even bigger savings with over a dozen establishments offering a three-course dining experience for an attractive $30 tab and it runs from April 8-12 and 15-19. A few of the participating spaces even offer tasty coursed lunch hours for a measly $15 that are just begging you to skip the drive-thru and dine in style. We've highlighted a few menus in the weeks leading up to festivities and have a few more menu peek-a-boos in store for you now.

If the lure of the emerging spring sunshine and waterfront views isn't enough to get you to eat out, TRW deals surely will. Waterfront hot spots CI Shenanigans, Boathouse 19, Duke's Chowder House, the Lobster Shop, The RAM, and WildFin are all among those tempting the masses to enter their doors.  WildFin American Grill boasts a hearty selection of enticing bites like their "Simply the Best Calamari" that delights with sliced jalapenos and jalapeno lime aioli. You can also opt to start with a No Lettuce Ahi Salad or savory seafood chowder. WildFin's dinner options are geared towards lovers of oceanic fare with Grilled Alaskan Salmon, Parmesan Crusted Sole and Shrimp and Grits all making an appearance. For those who aren't a fan of our undersea friends, there is both a steak and chicken entrée as well.  And of course, a coursed dining experience isn't complete without dessert! Indulge in freshly prepared donuts served with a maple bourbon sauce and a dusting of cinnamon anise sugar or an apple-rhubarb cobbler or chocolate overload cake.

Use TRW as an excuse to treat yourself to fine dining fare and exotic flare you might not have otherwise. Tacoma's Asado, The Melting Pot, Primo Grill, El Gaucho, Stanley & Seafort's, Miyabi Tacoma, Bar Bistro and Indochine Asian Dining Lounge round out the list of participating establishments. Each present divine nosh options. Russel Brunton of Indochine Asian Dining Lounge says that TRW has "been a great opportunity for us to get a lot of people trying new menu items, so we are very happy to participate. We served lots of bowls of Ramen in the fall and have quite a number of new items to try this spring!"

For instance, you can dig into the brand-new Bangkok Burger that is featured on both Indochine's lunch and dinner TRW menu offerings. This fella features a classically dressed ground chicken burger with a twist, spiced Thai-style with lemongrass, onions and garlic. A fan favorite, Pad Thai, also makes an appearance on the lunch menu, which is a three-course meal for only $15. You'll spy fresh spring rolls to start or those who love flavor country will devour the habanero and mango hot wings. In the evening, the Jungle Curry might just be what hits the spot. It's described as "thick, hot and vaguely dangerous" and will seduce your taste buds with a curry powder, coconut milk stirfry with a creamy peanut curry of cumin, coriander and turmeric to boot.

Don't just stand there, get eatin'!
