It's the perfect place to warm runny red noses and windswept locks after leisurely strolls along Tacoma's Ruston waterfront. Hotel Murano's lobby bar has a swanky fireside vibe. Sip on a craft cocktail paired with a small plate and take in the splendor of it all. No reservation at the hotel required, but they also have valet, which is a bonus when trying to park downtown. 1320 Broadway Plaza, Tacoma
A mountain-themed tavern would be incomplete without a fire, amirite? Peaks and Pints is a rad taproom with a diverse selection of bottled and canned craft brews where a true beer lover might just fall in love. The staff is well versed in all things hops and the menu is pretty dynamite as well. 3816 North 26th St., Tacoma
The Tacoma Matador is a nightlife hot spot that boasts another hip and attractive vibe. There's enough open flame in the place to catch you ablaze, but the flickering lights make those margarita eyes just look playful. The fireplace centerstage has a table you can ante up to and nosh upon Texas-sized nachos and is prime real estate in the place and hard to nab a spot at. 721 Pacific Ave., Tacoma
