HAIR IT GOES: Barbershops and hair salons on JBLM will open for business starting Monday. Until further notice, the shops will only be open to current serving service members. Service members will not need to be in uniform, but MPs will be at each shop to check military IDs and enforce social distancing. Please be patient.

This is for barber services only - not hair salons.

We expect this restriction to last for several weeks. Once the shops are open to everyone with base access, we’ll get the word out.

Barbershops and salons in the Lewis Main Exchange and the McChord Field Exchange will be open, as well as the barbershop in the Lewis North Express. The two Family and MWR barbershops at the Club at McChord Field and the Sam Adams Cascade Club on Lewis Main will be open. The barbershop at Madigan Army Medical Center will remain closed.
