The Lewis Community Spouses' Club's (LCSC) Annual Charity Event (ACE) will take place at American Lake Conference Center Friday, March 22. This year's theme is Derby Night. "It is an honor to be a part of the LCSC's Annual Charity Event, Derby Night, this year. I am excited to help raise money with both our silent and live auctions that we can then give back to our community through local grants and scholarships," said Amy LaGrange, the 2019 Auction Chair.

This year's event is packed with tons of fun including a buffet dinner, silent and live auction, a Wine Pull, Dessert Dash and other games. Theme attire is encouraged but not required. The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. and tickets are $40 a person. The deadline to purchase tickets is March 13, but don't wait. This event is extremely popular and expected to sell out.

A key to making this evening a success is donations from the local community. Donation items for the live and silent auction can include, but not limited to: wine, liquor, gift certificates, services, classes, new merchandise, hotel stays, vacation home rentals, or experiences.

"While no donation is too big or too small, I would love to have more gift certificates donated that would allow us to create an experience for our attendees to bid on. Spending time with family and friends is the best, and when you are able to do it around a special event or one-of-a-kind experience, it becomes priceless," La Grange explained.
