If you're a military spouse, it's time to take a break.

Operation Homefront of Washington, a non-profit organization that provides emergency financial support and other assistance to military families and wounded warriors, will host a Homefront Celebration to benefit military spouses.

Since 2002, Operation Homefront and its 5,000 volunteers have met more than 430,000 needs in helping service members and their families.

"Military spouses take on a lot of roles being part of a military family, and that means they also bear a lot of the stress," John McDonagh, President of Operation Homefront in Washington, wrote in a press release.

"The Homefront Celebration is a great way for these women to have a night that is truly all about them, and where they can learn from, and enjoy a good time with, other military spouses."

The event will take place on October 23 at the Emerald Queen Casino, located at 2012 Alexander in Tacoma.
