Grieving Families: The Joint Base Lewis-McChord and local communities met yesterday afternoon at the Lewis North Chapel to pay their final respects to Sgt. Jason Weaver and Spc. David Fahey, 170th Military Police Company. Both soldiers deployed to Kandahar City, Afghanistan with the 504th Military Police Battalion in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, 2010-2011. "Both soldiers lived by deeds, not words," said Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Steven George. "The work they did has made a difference."

I have been to 260 memorials at Ft Lewis before we PCSD to Ft Bragg, I am so sorry I was not there. My heart and love go to the families, including thier Army family. God Bless all of you and Thank You for everything your soldiers gave.
