We picked this up off Facebook:

Washington National Guard SGT Jeannette Tackett of the 81st BDE and her daughter Emma are one of three families and 8 children featured in a new documentary on the impact of combat deployments on children of National Guard and reserve component members. The documentary ("In Their Boots")focuses on the impact on families of female soldiers / service members. The documentary was produced by Our Military Kids, a non-profit that provides grants for children of National Guard and Reserve personnel. It premiered last week in New York City. The following link to "My Mom's a Soldier" is a poignant look into our members' lives and a reminder of their personal dedication and sacrifice:

My Mom's A Soldierwww.intheirboots.comIN THEIR BOOTS is a compelling new magazine show about the dramatic impact the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are having on us - the people here at home.
