Bright Now! Dental, a preferred provider for military families is set to host an annual Day of Giving at their location in Kent, Washington on Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 8:00AM – 4:00PM (25610 104th Avenue SE, Kent, WA 98030).
During a Day of Giving, Bright Now! Dental partners with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to reach out to various veteran outreach associations so referrals can be made to veterans and their families to attend the event.
This free dental day is a very rewarding experience for the volunteers that participate. In 2018, the Bright Now! Dental location in Olympia, Washington hosted a Day of Giving and was so excited to see so many smiling and thankful patients. This dental day received nearly $70,000 in donated dentistry and the dental team was able to provide care to 90 patients.
The dental team received a lot of positive feedback from attendees, including a patient named Jessica. “I had a lot that needed to be done and I recently lost my job and put my kids’ needs first so this really helped me a lot.” They also had a couple, Michael and Arline, who came back after they received care and brought homemade, organic raspberry jam to all the volunteers as a token of their appreciation.
