On Dec. 21, the members of the Pierce Military and Business Alliance presented a $5,000 check to Operation Warm Heart to support the morale, welfare, readiness and retention efforts of the Air Force. The check was presented during the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce's Military Affairs Committee meeting. The members of PMBA are: The Ranger/Northwest Airlifter/Weekly Volcano, Harborstone Credit Union, America's Credit Union, American Lake Credit Union, The Boeing C-17 Program, TriWest Healthcare Alliance, Regence BlueShield, the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce, CoinForce.com, GEICO Insurance, Concrete Technology, the Pierce County Council, the Washington Credit Union Foundation, DeVry University/Keller Graduate School, Tactical Tailor and Support America's Armed Forces.
