To rousing applause, officials with the Joit Base Lewis-McChord Air Expo told the member sof the Military Affairs Committee of the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce, Tuesday, that the July Air Expo will pause to accomodate any possible return of troops from the war zones.

Soldiers from units based here are returning in droves this summer from Iraq and Afghanistan.  If any of the 16,000 returning troops arrive home on flights during the Air Expo, officials said the show will pause to allow those planes to land.
