Can we control an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will? THE ARTICHOKE PROJECT was an offensive program of mind control. It was an electronic stimulation of the brain. Using a device called a STIMOCEIVER, which operated by fm radio waves, one could control human emotions, such as rage, lust, and fatigue. Since we live in an age of stress and apprehension, man believes reality is his feeble attempt to solve his destructive problems. But unbeknownst to him it is actually the STIMOCEIVER. We are the last test. This is a test. This is only a test. In the event of a real emergency you would have been instructed by THE ARTICHOKE PROJECT.
