Technically speaking, Oktoberfest is in the last week of September and into the first weekend or so of October, which means-Oktoberfest is starting this weekend! And how! Restaurants have been posting photos of their Oktoberfest goodies all week on my Facebook.
Here are just a few ideas of where you can find some Oktoberfest grub this weekend:
The Hub (203 Tacoma Avenue South): Has Oktoberfest beers by Sam Adams and Lazy Boy on tap. They also plan to have some sort of German food every day until the 29th. Jager Schnitzel has already made an appearance and may be back.
Bruno's European Grill (10716 A Street South): Oktoberfest goes all this weekend with plenty of German food already on the menu, and specials this weekend.
Harmon (1938 Pacific Avenue): German beer and food specials!
The RAM (3001 Ruston Way): Oktoberfest beer is on tap and ready for you.
Off duty rules.
