Tonight at The Melting Pot in Tacoma from 6 to 9 p.m. is an event just for women—Fon-Dos & Glamour Don’ts. The evening will be filled with makeup tips, chocolate, and all things girly, but will also benefit a local nonprofit—the Neighborhood Clinic.

One hundred percent of the funds raised tonight will go directly to Neighborhood Clinic, which provides free urgent care to patients who couldn’t otherwise afford health care.

The event will be capped at 80 women so getting in tonight may or may not be possible, but it’s very possible there will be room at the door.

“It’s a chance for women to ‘wake up their makeup,’ trading in the same cosmetics they’ve been using for years with looks that are current and on trend,” says Karen Lawler, Director of Marketing for The Melting Pot. “Women will bring their cosmetic bags to the event, show the Savi experts two items they’d like to update, and will then get a one-on-one lesson on how to use two alternate on trend make up items that work for their individual color profiles.”

Entry costs $25 per person. With the cost of admission, attendees get to enjoy various cheese and chocolate fondues, two glasses of wine, and will get one raffle ticket. Raffle prizes is an overnight stay at Hotel Murano, a couples massage at Savi Day Spa, dinner for two at The Melting Pot, a bottle of champagne with two champagne flutes, and more. All guests will get swag bags.
