Dome District Mural

Email Blog Post Print Blog Post Share on Facebook Share on Reddit Share on StumbleUpon

The Tacoma Murals Project presses on-painting one wall at a time until perhaps every wall in Tacoma is painted with colorful, fanciful images.

The Dome District mural is located at 220 Puyallup Avenue, on the south side of the street.

As with all Murals Project murals, the project was headed up by a lead artist accompanied by several other artists learning the finer points of mural painting. Lead artist on the Dome District mural was Chris Sharp. Artist team members were Kate Cendejas, Yvette Simone, and Janice Lee Warren.

Stay tuned-another mural will be in progress starting September 24. The artists aren't yet done decorating our city.
