Ready to have some fun with the kiddos this weekend? 

Slug Fest is happening this weekend at Northwest Trek. Slug Fest reigns supreme as one of the zaniest weekends of the year at Northwest Trek. Bring the family out to learn about the slimy, yellow-greenish banana slug. The celebration will happen both Saturday and Sunday.  Check out the link below for the schedule of different slug events.

Annual Tour de Pierce Bike Ride will take place this Sunday, June 24th.  The ride begins at the Gold parking lot of the Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup. The tour has a 12-mile route providing a flat, easy ride suitable for families. King County will hold their annual Kid's Safety Day at the Museum of Flight on Friday. Kids of all ages will be able to view fire equipment on display and meet the women and men who serve them. They will also be able to learn fire and life safety skills through fun activities.  The fun runs from 10-1 pm

Seattle Kids Tour allows for both parents and children to take a morning stroll to the best kid-friendly spots in downtown Seattle. The tour begins at Pike Place Market and ends at West Lake Center. Highlights of the trip include creating art works at the Seattle Museum, story time at Seattle Public Library, going on a bug safari and more. The cost is $25 for adults and $10 for children.
