Beer and dinner pairing in Parkland

208 Garfield will be hosting a beer pairing dinner, Thursday for adults 21 or older. The event costs $20, and begins at 6pm. All guests will be served with a three course dinner, each paired with a local beer. Drool over the menu below:

Rabbit Rillettes with Tomatillo Escabeche
Deschutes Chainbreaker White IPA (5.6% abv, 55 IBU)

Braised Pig Cheeks with Fennel and Black Olive
Dick Danger Ale (4.5% abv)

Crème Fraîche Gelato with Rhubarb Compote
Rogue Shakespeare Oatmeal Stout (6.1% abv, 69 IBU)
