Today's Championship Competition

Welcome to the big dance. Online voting will end at 5 p.m. Voting will resume at 6 p.m. live at the Tournament of Breakfast Party at Meconi's Tacoma Pub and Grill in downtown Tacoma.

At 6 p.m. we'll hand out breakfast voting ballots at our Tournament of Breakfast Party at Meconi's Tacoma Pub and Grill at Seventh and Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma. Meconi's will be broadcasting the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship game on all its screens. Throughout the first half of the game we'll be handing our breakfast voting ballots for a final push of voting, as we toss back $5 martinis and $3 house wines. Meconi's will also have $5.99 flat iron steak & fries and $5.99 spaghetti and meatballs dinner specials. At half time of the hoop game, we'll announce the winner of the 2012 Tournament of Breakfast, as well as hand out free raffle prizes. Then there will be much rejoicing.

Good luck to the Moon Rise! This is a joint DEDICATED to the art of Breakfast (and Lunch,,,the Monte Cristo is not to be missed). They truly deserve to win. Let's support our ladies, Chris, Sam, & Sara (and let's not forget Ricky)!

My vote is for DOA. They mean it when they say their breakfast is unique. Capn Crunch French Toast? Are you serious? I was sold when I read it on their website. I went with my husband and had it. So amazing, so good!!! You can't beat the moonshine mimosa either. GO T-TOWN!
