The youth outnumbered the old as the Tacoma Christmas Pageant rocked Hell's Kitchen Saturday night. Kids pogo-ed, rode on backs and slammed into each other as today's local garage rock â€" The Syrens, www.myspace.com/freakouts">The Freakouts and Durango 95 â€" twisted the crowd before Girl Trouble performed their 20th Christmas show. Bassist Dale Phillips, guitarist Big Kahuna, drummer Bon Von Wheelie and singer/saxophonist K.P. Kendall rocked through old favorite before the band threw on green elf hats with Kendall dressed in a skewed Santa outfit and rocked "Holly Jolly Christmas" and "Blue Christmas." Their tradition of throwing presents into the crowd continued as Kendall tossed wrapped gifts with names written on the gift tag. Girl Trouble looked and sounded like they have 20 more in them.
